Drop Pod Wolves and Angels - List Building

What's up everyone?  A while back I started playing with the idea of an Iron Hands and Space Wolves Drop Pod Dreadnought Army.  Well, I realized that there would only be so many dreadnoughts that I could get into an 1850 army.  Then we got the Blood Angels dropping in with their HQ Librarian Dreadnought and that got me thinking, "How many Dreadnoughts can I get into a List with Drop Pods?"

After talking to Evan, Ron, and Bryan, I realized that not only was this list possible, but it would be a hell of a good time to play if I had all of the models.  What is in this mass of Metal Alloy and Ancient Warriors?

Well.........

This is a Single CAD with Single Ally List:

The CAD is from the Champions of Fenris and it is the Company of the Great Wolf.

The Ally is Blood Angels.

Company of the Great Wolf: (1485 pts)

  • HQ (260 pts)
    • Bjorn the Fell Handed (Warlord)
      • Twin Linked Lascannon
      • Drop Pod
  • Elites (1155 pts)
    • Dreadnought
      • Missile Launcher
      • Twin Linked Lascannon
      • Drop Pod
    • Dreadnought
      • Twin Linked Heavy Flamer
      • Power Fist with Heavy Flamer
      • Drop Pod
    • Dreadnought
      • Twinlinked Heavy Flamer
      • Drop Pod
    • Dreadnought
      • Missile Launcher
      • Multi Melta
      • Drop Pod
    • Dreadnought (X3)
      • Multi Melta
      • Drop Pod
    • Venerable Dreadnought
      • Blizzard Shield
      • Fenrisian Great Axe
      • Drop Pod
  • Fast Attack (70 pts)
    • Drop Pod (X2)

Blood Angels (Ally) (365 pts)

  • HQ (175 pts)
    • Librarian Dreadnought
      • Furioso Foce Halberd
      • Power Fist with Storm Bolter
      • Mastery Level 2
  • Elites (135 pts)
    • Death Company Dreadnought
      • Blood Talons
      • Magna Grapple
      • Meltagun and Storm Bolter
  • Troops (55 pts)
    • Scout Squad (5 strong)
      • 5 Boltguns
      • 5 Bolt Pistols
So there is the list.  A fun in your face list that sees turn 1, 6 Dreadnoughts coming in.  This could be the Venerable Dreadnought with his Blizzard Shield and Melta Guns, or the Death Company and Librarian coming in to deliver justice Turn 2.  This is a Hypothetical army in that I only have 7 of the 11 Dreadnoughts and 3 of the 11 Drop Pods.  Yet I think this would be a fun army to play and run since in total it has only 27 members.

It is an army that may never see the light of day, but hey, who says that I can't start working on it.  So what do you think?
